RESPECT's three goals are:
1. To build awareness of refugee issues in non-refugee classrooms.
2. To build bridges between refugees and non-refugees by pen-pal letter exchange.
3. To encourage participating non-refugee classes to organize refugee-awareness raising events and fund-raisers for their partner refugee schools.
